Returns

You are free to return goods unused for a period of 30 days after delivery. Circumstances will dictate whether a full refund or an exchange is appropriate. Goods that have been used cannot be returned unless a warranty claim will be entered into. All goods have a minimum 1 year manufacturer's warranty (unless otherwise clearly indicated). Warranty claims for faulty goods will be dealt with through us but the manufacturer will make an assessment and decide on the proper course of action. All goods should be returned packed to the same standard as when received, to avoid damage in transit.
